Appearance:  Black resin mortar

General characteristic: Furan Mortar is a mortar based on furan resin for anti-corrosion in industries. It has good mechanical properties, chemical resistance and heat resistance.

Composition: It is a two-component synthetic resin mortar consisting of anti-corrosion furan resin and mineral filler(Furan mortar powder). They are used under a ratio to get a kind of black resin mortar. Furan resin is brown liquid and mortar powder is gray powder.

APPLICATION

It is used for surfacing and joining bricks. It is particularly suitable for highly corrosive chemical media, such as acids, alkalis, organic solvents, also used in high temperature environments.

It mainly used for the anti-corrosion proof, ground, trench, waste pool, neutralization equipment, reaction equipment and acid pickling equipment etc, which are applied in industries such as metal wet refining, chemical engineering, steel cold rolling and acid pickling and wastewater treatment.

 

PACKAGE

Furan resin liquid: 200L/200KG steel drum, 4 drums on pallet

Furan mortar powder: 50KG plastic bag, 20 bags in a flexible container bag, on pallet.

 

STORAGE

Furan resin liquid: store in sealed, ventilated, and cool dry place, prevented from straight sunlight. 12 month under≤20℃.

Furan mortar powder: store in cool dry place, prevented from rain and damp. 12 month under≤20℃.
