Ingredients: Calcium Stearate is a mixture of Calcium stearate (C36H70CaO4) and Calcium palmitate (C32H62CaO4) as the main component.

Characters: Calcium Stearate is white to yellow white loose powder, delicate, lubricity, no sand feeling. It is insoluble in water, ethanol or ether.

APPLICAITON

Use: Emulsifier and anti-caking agent. Calcium Stearate is mainly used in solid compound condiment and gum based candy. In the processing, Calcium Stearate also has the function of lubrication, viscosity resistance and flow aid.

Dosage: The maximum usage of solid compound condiment is 20.0g/kg

 

STORAGE

Storage: Calcium Stearate should be stored in closed package and avoid from moisture and strong sun light.

 

PACKAGE

Package: Calcium Stearate package can be customized according to customers’ requirements. If no special instruction, it is packed in 10kg plastic bag.

 

SHELF LIFE

3 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF MANUFACTURING.
